Q: Something is wrong with the laptop I just bought. Can I get a refund?

A: If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of the laptop you have purchased, please contact us. If a hardware fault has occurred, you can send the laptop back to Riczter Inc for repairs covered under warranty (note: buyer pays return shipping). If Riczter Inc is unable to repair the laptop a full refund or exchange will be offered. We do not offer a refund if the buyer has simply changed his mind, or if the product has been damaged by the buyers own negligence. This includes initial set up, Windows Updates, Installation of basic software such as Anti Virus, Productivity Software, Windows Live Essentials, Media Codecs, etc., removing preinstalled bloatware and optimising the system for performance, reliability and longevity.

Further still, if you live in the general Perth, WA metro area, a Riczter Inc. representative can come to your home to help you set up the laptop, including connecting to the internet, and answering any questions that you may have. What ever you need, we are here to help.
